Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
